Government & Public-Sector Portal Automation

Automate report downloads from government portals

Internal portals and compliance systems were built for people clicking through a browser, not for integrations. Record the click-through once and Report Flow replays it on your schedule — with your data staying on your machine the whole time.

Works with session-based logins IT never built an API for

Most internal government portals and compliance systems were never built to be integrated with — no API, no export feed, just a login screen and a download button. Report Flow automates that exact browser workflow, SSO and session-based logins included, without needing anyone to expose an API.

Runs on your machine — data never leaves your network

The Report Flow Agent runs locally on your Windows machine. Downloaded files go straight to your Downloads folder or a folder you specify — never uploaded to the cloud. Only your encrypted credentials, workflow definitions, and run logs are stored in Report Flow's database.

No IT ticket, no procurement cycle for a script

Recording a workflow takes about two minutes and requires nothing from IT. Compare that to commissioning a script, requesting API access, or waiting on a procurement cycle for enterprise RPA tooling built for a department, not one analyst.

Common questions.

Is my agency's data sent to the cloud?
No. Your report files never touch the cloud. The only things stored in Report Flow's database are your account credentials (encrypted), workflow definitions (the steps to replay), and run logs. The actual browser activity and downloaded files happen entirely on your local machine.
What kind of portals does this work with?
Any website you can open in Chrome or Edge — internal government portals, compliance systems, vendor report platforms, and public data sites included. There's no list of "supported apps" and no integration to configure.
Does it handle SSO and session-based logins?
Yes, for most SSO setups, including Microsoft Entra ID (Azure AD). Sessions can stay active between scheduled runs, so re-authentication isn't needed every time. Logins requiring a new MFA code or push approval on every run aren't supported for unattended scheduling.
